I'm Julie. I have a degree in exercise science and a master's in coaching. For fourteen years, I've taught hundreds of people how to move right, get strong, and focus on the habits that actually matter.

I've also been the woman who missed one day and quit, who told herself Monday would be different. I started over every January — every program working, then ending, then back to square one. So I built the thing that doesn't end.

Starting over
What makes this different from the last program I tried?
Every plan you tried ended. That's the whole problem. Build the Base is the foundation phase of a system that keeps building. When you finish, there are options to keep going, deeper or lighter, depending on your goals. You don't go back to square one. You build forward.
